Géomètres Blue Hills, LLC
This is a typical example of a Condex Plan. There are many cases where landowners have
multiple unit structures such as apartments or duplexes, and wish to convert them into
condominiums for individual sale. In this case, Geometres Blue Hills was hired to demonstrate
how this property could be reconfigured to serve as two single-family dwellings, while
complying with all local and state regulations.
